The workshop examines how legal frameworks shape the recognition, organization, and distribution of reproductive labor, bringing together sociolegal and political economy scholarship,. We build on a literature that has pluralized the concept of social reproduction, moving beyond household-centered models to attend to its communal, transnational, state-mediated, and technologically mediated forms.
