Zoe Sherman is a political economist and economic historian. She holds a Ph.D. from UMass-Amherst, was a professor of economics at Merrimack College for 10 years, and has been a member of the Dollars & Sense collective since 2014. She is the author of Modern Advertising and the Market for Audience Attention: The US Advertising Industry’s Turn-or-the-Twentieth Century Transition (Routledge 2020).
